Here we are. It\u2019s always really difficult to introduce ourselves, we don\u2019t know what we should say and what we should omit<\/strong>\u2026 This is much more complicated when you can\u2019t see the one you\u2019re talking to! The most important thing is make a first good impression, especially in our case making a GOOD<\/strong> and TASTY<\/strong> impression is the only thing that really matters ;).
\nWe\u2019re Jo\u00ebl e Charles, two brothers with different passions and a lot of ideas, sometimes even a little bit chaotic, but we have one thing in common: the love for cooking\u2026 And, of course, for eating and tasting good food!
\nOur homeland is the verdant Aosta Valley (#patriotism), nested in the Alps among France, Italy and Switzerland; but of course our visions aren\u2019t stopped by these small horizons!
\nIn this blog we\u2019ll be presenting a lot of recipes, no matter where they come from, the only constant is taste! And we hope that you\u2019ll like this taste.<\/span><\/p>\n
