Although our first cooking contest<\/a>\u00a0has just finished, we’ve already prepared the second one… This time with a classic theme, but not less tasty: the\u00a0Easter cakes \ud83d\ude00 . Obviously the unmissable\u00a0recipe is a traditional Pastiera<\/a>, the rich Neapolitan cake made with ricotta cheese and candied fruit \ud83d\ude42 .<\/p>\n

\"contest<\/a>To enter\u00a0the contest, you need to\u00a0publish a recipe for a cake typical of the Easter period. \u00a0Sweet and salted pies are both valid. The recipe can be a traditional cake of\u00a0your area, a reviewed version of a traditional recipe, and why not one of your invention that you think may\u00a0be associated with Easter \ud83d\ude42 . You can participate with as many recipes as you want, both sweet and salted.<\/p>\n

There will be only one winning recipe, the author will receive a prize. We’re really saying “a prize” is not a joke! In fact we are still choosing the prize and we’ll shortly announce it.<\/p>\n

To determine the best recipe we can not rely only on photos and description; we will choose the three recipes that inspire us most, regardless if they are sweet or salted, and prepare them following precisely your instructions… So\u00a0we can delight us with your proposals and select the winner by\u00a0the only constant in cooking: taste \ud83d\ude09 .<\/p>\n

But now no more talk, grab\u00a0your notebooks and ladles, and let’s get to\u00a0work.<\/p>\n

  1. The contest starts today and ends on march\u00a028, 2015 at 23:59.<\/li>\n
  2. To receive the prize, you\u00a0must have an address in Italy where we can eventually send it.<\/li>\n
  3. The recipe must be a sweet or salted\u00a0pie, linked in some way to Easter time.\u00a0You\u00a0can participate with as many recipes as you want.<\/li>\n
  4. You can enter the contest in two ways: via blog, for food bloggers, or via Facebook.<\/li>\n
  5. Bloggers will need to\u00a0publish\u00a0the recipes in the days of the contest. You can partecipate with recipes that you’ve already published, but you’ll need to publish them again in the days of the contest. You also have to pick up the contest’s banner and\u00a0add in you blog’s sidebar (or contest section), with the link to this post. At the end of recipe’s post you’ll need to write “With this recipe I enter the Easter Cakes\u00a0contest by\u00a0Fratelli ai Fornelli<\/a>” and insert the banner. Once your recipe is online leave a comment to\u00a0this post with a link to your recipe, your blog name and title of the recipe.<\/li>\n
  6. Who does not have a food blog can participate through Facebook: you’ll need to indicate your\u00a0participation in the event Easter cakes Contest<\/a>, share\u00a0the event on your\u00a0profile or page, and share your\u00a0recipe with a post in\u00a0the event itself.<\/li>\n
  7. Both blogger and Facebook participants must like our\u00a0Facebook page<\/a>. Food bloggers who doesn’t have\u00a0Facebook profile can partecipate all the same to the contest. You can\u00a0also subscribe to our\u00a0YouTube channel<\/a>\u00a0to follow our video recipes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    There will be one winner who will receive a prize, that will be announced in a few days. To determine the winner we will choose the three recipes that inspire us most and prepare them as indicated in the post, and we will establish the winner based on the result of the dish.<\/p>\n
