But more about that next time \ud83d\ude09 . Very nice, indeed, and well presented. And in truth, different from what we would have expected. It was not a &#8220;normal&#8221; slice, in which the inner cream is &#8220;sectioned&#8221; along with the sponge cake, but a triangle of sponge cake cut and stuffed with chocolate mousse. Initially we were a little worried that the sponge dough, not having had time to soften, would be dry. But we must say that Balla is not Balla by chance and after the first taste all our\u00a0doubts dissapeared. The sponge cake was soft, fresh and delicate, and the filling was creamy and had the same freshness. Seriously, a perfect and refined dessert.<\/p>\n<p>The only flaw of Balla is the fact that the it closes at\u00a013 for lunch and then, after ten minutes we had toleave&#8230; And yes, despite the short amount of time, the cake was already gone \ud83d\ude09 .<\/p>\n<p>In summary, we&#8217;ll give Pasticceria Balla of\u00a0Ivrea and its Torta 900 four and a half stars out of five, because of the care of the location, the presentation of the dessert and the kindness of the staff.
