Dark hot chocolate

Ingredients

  • 400 ml of milk
  • 150 g of dark chocolate
  • 30 g of cocoa
  • 30 g of sugar
  • 15 g of potato starch

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk on the stove and add the sugar and the chocolate cut into pieces, mixing constantly.
  2. If you want to spice up your chocolate, this is the right time. You can add a sprinkle of cinnamon, vanilla, or, for the bravest, a pinch of chili pepper; in particular chocolate habanero goes perfectly with the aroma of this.
  3. In a bowl mix well cocoa and starch with a little milk and add to the mixture on the stove: following this little trick, you will avoid the formation of annoying lumps 😉
  4. Let it simmer until thickened; then enjoy warm! 🙂
