For Easter lunch, we have proposed different dishes with very particular ingredients, and of course we could not leave behind the aperitif! In our defense, though,it will be quick to make, easy and could not fit better with spring : violet spritz!

Violet spritz

Ingredients
- 60 ml of prosecco wine white sparkling wine
- 30 ml violet syrup
- 15 ml of tonic water
- ice
- a slice of lemon or some fresh violets
Instructions

Pour the violet syrup into a tumbler glass.

Refill with prosecco and tonic water.

Add a slice of lemon cut in half, a few ice cubes and, if you have availability, some flowers.
