Today we’re presenting small and sinful dark chocolate truffles flavored with black sesame seeds and a pinch of Himalayan pink salt, perfect to impress your guests 😉 .

The truffles, thanks to sesame and pink salt, will be slightly salty. If you have never tried the chocolate with a pinch of salt, you should try it immediately, it’s a great and tasteful combination 😀

Dark Chocolate Truffles with black sesame and pink salt

Cook Time 5 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes
Servings 20 tiny truffles
Ingredients
For the mixture
- 150 of dark chocolate
- 50 ml of cream
- 10 g butter
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
- 20 g of black sesame
- 25 g of brown sugar
To decorate
- black sesame
Instructions

Blend, in a mixer, the sesame seeds with salt and sugar.

Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler, then add the cream and stir until smooth and omogeneous.

Combine the chocolate cream and crushed ingredients, stir vigorously to break up all the lumps.

Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and let rest it in the refrigerator until it has set, it will take about 30 to 45 minutes.

Now shape the mixture into small balls: use two spoons to pick up cut the right amount of chocolate ganache then rapidily roll it in your hands to give him a spherical shape. Ypu need to to be very fast, because the ganache will soften quickly. Once you have given them a spherical shape, roll the balls in the black sesame seeds.

Place your little dark chocolate truffles in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
