Shaken iced coffee

Shaken iced coffee

Ingredients

  • 300 ml of water
  • 25 grams of coffee
  • Brown sugar
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Prepare a strong coffee with mocha, or if you prefer in a small pot.
  2. Pour it into your shaker, add the sugar and let it cool about ten minutes.
  3. Add a handful of ice cubes, close and shake continuously for at least two minutes. If you do not have a shaker, you can use a classic blender and the result will be the same.
  4. Pour your coffee into a glass and serve it before the foam melts :).
