Ingredients
For the base
- 200 g of digestives
- 80 g of melted butter
For the yogurt cream
- 500 g of greek yogurt
- 500 g of yogurt
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 120 g sugar
- 50 ml of milk
- 4 sheets of gelatin
- a vanilla bean
Instructions
For the base

Chop the biscuits and add the melted butter.

Pour the mixture into a cake pan covered with baking paper and press well. Then place the pan in the refrigerator to cool and dedicate yourself to the filling.
For the yogurt cream

Soak the gelatine in cold water, then squeeze it, put it in a saucepan with the milk and the seeds of the vanilla, and melt gently.

Whip the cream until stiff.

Mix together yogurt with sugar, the milk mixture and finally the whipped cream.

Spoon the mixture into the pan and let rest in the fridge for at least two hours.
