Rose and honey yogurt bowls

Ingredients
For the yogurt cream
- 250 g of greek yogurt
- 250 g of yogurt
- 100 ml of cream
- 35 g of sugar
- 25 ml of milk
- 2 sheets of gelatin
- 2-3 tablespoons of rose water
For the honey jelly
- 75 ml of water
- 55 g of honey
- 1 sheet of gelatin
- 1 tablespoon of rose water
Instructions
For the yogurt cream

Soften the gelatin in cold water.

Mix the yogurt, rose water and sugar. Heat the milk with the gelatin, as soon as it has melted add it to the rest.

Whip the cream and mix gently into the other ingredients.

Pour into 6 bowls, store in refrigerator and let cool a few hours before continuing.
For the honey jelly

Heat water together with honey, rose water and gelatin.

Pour 2-3 tablespoons of jelly over each cup to cover the yogurt.

Store in refrigerator for at least an hour to let gelatin set.
