Valentine’s Day is just around the corner… And if you are in a crisis, not knowing what dessert prepare to your partner, here’s an fun and ease idea that will help you! The rose cupcakes: soft cupcakes scented with vanilla and rose, decorated with a Philadelphia cheese frosting .
The cupcakes are really easy to prepare and with a minimum of piping bag decoration they’ll become very scenic and will have nothing to envy to a restaurant dessert .

Rose cupcakes

Ingredients
For the cupcakes
- 60 g of butter
- 120 grams of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150 g of flour
- 50 g of Manitoba
- 200 ml of milk
- 3 tablespoons of rose water
- baking powder
- 1/2 vanilla bean
- salt
For the frosting
- 250 g Philadelphia
- 70 g of softened butter
- 80 g of powdered sugar
- red or pink coloring optional
Instructions
For cupcakes

Mix the butter at room temperature with the sugar until the mixture is smooth.

Add the sifted flour, baking powder, salt, rose water, vanilla and eggs.

Pour the mixture into 12 muffin molds and bake at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes.
For the frosting

Whip the philadelphia with softned butter, icing sugar and food coloring.

Let stand 10 minutes the frosting in the refrigerator, then fill a piping bag.

Once the cupcakes are cold, decorate with the piping bag forming small roses on the surface
