Chocolate and Salt Contest

Finally, our first contest 😀 ! We chose to start with a particular ingredient combination: “Chocolate and Salt” 🙂 . Do not worry this particular pairing can give great satisfaction, to take away any doubts we’re presenting a recipe of delicious chocolate and pink salt cookies.

To enter the contest you must invent a recipe that has chocolate or cocoa and salt. Both ingredients should have an important role in the recipe, the classic pinch of salt will not suffice ;). You can participate with as many recipes as you want, both sweet and salted.

There will be one winning recipe, the author will receive a kit to prepare small chocolates comprising a Pedrini chocolates silicone mold, some fragrant vanilla bourbon from Madagascar and some aromatic Thai chili pepper 😀 .

To determine the best recipe we can not rely only on photos and description; we will choose the three recipes that inspire us most, regardless if they are sweet or salted, and prepare them following your instructions to the letter… So we can delight us with your proposals and select the winner based on the only constant in kitchen: taste 😉 .

Now no more talk, brandish notebooks and ladles and let’s work.

Rules

  1. The contest starts today and ends on December 27, 2015 at 23:59.
  2. Only food bloggers can partecipate the contest. To receive the prize, you must have an address in Italy where we can eventually send it.
  3. The recipes can be sweet or salted, it must contain the ingredients of chocolate or cocoa and salt. Both ingredients must have an important role in the recipe.
  4. You must like our Facebook page. You can also subscribe to our YouTube channel to follow our video recipes.  You can participate with as many recipes as you want.
  5. You’ll have post or republish the recipes in the days of the contest. You also have to pick up the contest’s banner and add in you blog’s sidebar (or contest section), with the link to this post. At the end of recipe’s post you’ll need to write “With this recipe I enter the Chocolate and Salt contest of Fratelli ai Fornelli” and insert the banner.
  6. Leave a comment in this post with a link to your recipe, your blog name and title of the recipe.

There will be one winner who receives a Pedrini mold for chocolates, bourbon vanilla from Madagascar and Thai chili peppers. To determine the winner we will choose the three recipes that inspire us most and prepare them as indicated in the post, and we will establish the winner based on the result of the dish.
