Croissants with ham, mascarpone and vanilla

Ingredients
- 2 rounded puff pastry rolls
- 200 g of mascarpone cheese
- 400 g of ham
- 1 vanilla bean or vanilla powder

Gently roll out your dough and cut each into 8 wedges.

Cut an incision of about 1 cm at the base of each triangle in the direction of the tip. It will help you to roll up your croissants.

Spread a generous teaspoon of mascarpone on one side of each slice of pastry.

Cut the vanilla bean and with the help of a brush, generously sprinkle onto the cheese spread, by passing the bristles in the center of the bean to extract and sprinkle the seeds. You can use vanilla powder, but not vanillin.

Cut out some triangles of ham and place them onto the mascarpone and vanilla.

Place the croissants on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 °C for about 25-30 minutes.
