Some of you will have certainly “Ewwed!” : who has ever heard of a sweet guacamole? Well, there’s always a first time . Avocado is one of those fruits that can be consumed both sweet and salty, since the basic does not has a too strong flavour .
With this chocolate guacamole recipe we want to present a valid substitute to the classic chocolate mousse with milk and cream… Maybe for your vegan friends who came to dinner with you or for a snack. But trust us, the delicacy of this mousse will charm even omnivores with its creaminess!
We recommend the use of dark chocolate so that there are no traces of milk to keep the recipe fully veg, but feel free to experiment!
