Some of you will have certainly “Ewwed!” π : who has ever heard of a sweet guacamole? Well, there’s always a first time π . Avocado is one of those fruits that can be consumed both sweet and salty, since the basic does not has a too strong flavourΒ π .
With this chocolate guacamole recipe we want to present a valid substitute to the classic chocolate mousse with milk and cream… Maybe for your vegan friends who came to dinner with you or for a snack. But trust us, the delicacy of this mousse will charm even omnivores with its creaminess! π
We recommend the use of dark chocolate so that there are no traces of milk to keep the recipe fully veg, but feel free to experiment! π
