Diced chicken with pineapple and lime
Ingredients
- 800 g of chicken breast
- 1/2 pineapple
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 lime
- white pepper
- nutmeg
- salt
Instructions

Clean the pineapple and cut it into cubes.

Cut the chicken into cubes as well and brown it over high heat.

Once the chicken is golden brown, lower the heat, add the pineapple, sugar, a little grated nutmeg and white pepper. Season with salt.

Cook over medium-low heat for about 10-12 minutes, until the pineapple is softened.
