Banana and avocado Muffins
Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- 150 g of Manitoba
- 130 g of brown sugar
- 50 g of muscovado sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 package baking soda
- 1 vanilla bean
- 3 bananas
- 1 avocado
- 2 eggs
Instructions

Mash the bananas and avocado together with the sugar.

Add the salt and the vanilla seeds.

Add the flours, and finally the eggs and baking powder.

Divide into 18-20 muffins molds covered with paper cups, bake for 30-35 minutes at 180° C.
